Tri-Valent (3 strain) Vaccine combo

  • ·A/Brisbane/02/2018 (H1N1)pdmo9-like virus (updated)
  • ·A/Kansas/14/2017 (H3N2)-like virus (updated)
  • ·B/Colorado/06/2017-like (Victoria lineage) virus

Quadrivalent (4 strain) Vaccine combo

  • ·A/Brisbane/02/2018 (H1N1)pdmo9-like virus (updated)
  • ·A/Kansas/14/2017 (H3N2)-like virus (updated)
  • ·B/Colorado/06/2017-like (Victoria lineage) virus

plus

  • ·B/Phuket/3073/2013-like (Yamagata lineage) virus

As a note:

The two B strains (Victoria and Yamagata) were also components of the 2018-2019 flu vaccine. The H1N1, H3N2 variants represent new strains that were not part of last year’s vaccine combo.
