FLU/PNEUMONIA immunizations will be offered to persons over 12 years of age.  The cost for Non-Medicare eligible participants will be $23.00 for the flu shot and $45.00 for the pneumonia shot. Eligible Medicare Participants Having Part B (medical) Insurance need just present their Medicare card. NO OTHER INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED.

Any changes will be posted on our website mcrhc.org. The Commission will make every effort to adhere to clinic schedule, but retains the right, due to circumstances beyond our control, to modify eligibility requirements, time, dates, and/or cancel clinics as directed or needed.                                                    Updated: 9/1/10
